If the file is not saved as “outlines” please include the custom font files.
If PMS Color Matching is required, please include the PMS number with your order.
If artwork and typesetting is required, just provide the information together with a preferred font and we’ll include the information within the proof supplied prior to production.

United States: Ready to ship 7-10 business days from artwork approval.
Canada: Ready to ship 15 business days from artwork approval.
UK and Europe: Ready to ship 7-10 business days from artwork approval.
Rush Orders – Production Turnaround
Please contact us. Together, we can sometimes speed up the process to meet that special deadline with or without rush charges and the most economical shipping options.
To guarantee complete satisfaction, Artwork is approved without charge by an electronic “e-mailed proof visual”.
No production begins unless artwork is signed off so any necessary changes can be made at this stage. We require approval prior to any production run.
Physical Pre-Production Samples
We can also provide a “physical custom label” prior to full production if required, providing in hand- deadlines permit. Additional charges apply for pre-production samples. For 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend pre-production samples. Promo Lip Balm is not responsible for the cost of re-running products due to to unsatisfactory print or product colors, unless a pre-production sample has been produced.
Set up charges and reorders
There is a set up charge which is detailed on each product page. Usually $45.00 USD or equivalent. Artwork is stored for 36 months. There is no set up charge for reorders provided that the artwork remains the same.
All purchase orders are considered final upon receipt by mail, fax or email. If an order has not been labeled at the time of cancellation, charges will be made for the material and labor costs incurred at the time of cancellation. If an order has been labeled, a cancellation cannot be accepted.
Should it be necessary to return items, we will issue a return authorization reference number which should be quoted on the returning package. Returned products may be subject to reworking and restocking charges.
Right to advertising
Unless expressly prohibited in writing, we reserve the right to use any product we produce for advertising and marketing purposes.
Please discuss your delivery deadlines upon ordering. We use UPS, FedEx and Purolator to ship our products.
We have US, Canadian and United Kingdom depots.
All shipments are bulk packaged unless specified otherwise. Any other packaging requirements should be requested upon placement of the Purchase Order. Additional charges may apply.
We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards, Company Cheques and Bank Transfers. Late Payments – Overdue invoices are subject to late fee charges of 2% per month, compounded monthly.
We do not ship COD orders. Due to the bespoke nature of the product all invoices are proforma unless agreed in writing after 6 month trading.
Free lip balm samples are available upon request to business clients. Please include flavours or product numbers. Some Sunscreen and Cosmetic samples are charged for depending upon the product.
Please provide a UPS, FedEx or Purolator shipping account to cover the shipping costs.
Custom lip balm flavors and custom colours are available from 2,500 units.
Turnaround time is between 3 to 4 weeks.
Any damages or count discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in order to be honoured.
We are not responsible for any errors resulting from mistakes in customer supplied artwork or approved artwork.
