Design Your Label Or Imprint
Decide on the information you wish to appear on the label or in the imprint. All labels are 4-colour process which means that we can reproduce photographic quality labels without additional expense. They are also laminated to provide protection. Imprints are generally 1-4 color.A logo, website and/or telephone number is the usual request – but you decide what information you’d like to appear. Whatever it is, we’re here to help you with the layout to create a memorable impression.

Place Your Order & Supply Artwork
Place your order by e-mail or telephone. Our Contact details are on the web site.A representative will contact you to review your order details and answer any questions you may have. We then prepare and send your Invoice which will also act as your Purchase Order. Artwork is required in .eps, .ai or large .jpg format. If you wish to prepare the artwork yourself, please ask us for the label template.It’s also important to let us know the very latest in-hand deadline at this stage to avoid any unnecessary shipping expenses.

Invoice/Purchase Order Approval
Once you’ve approved the Invoice/Purchase order we’ll get to work on the label proof.
Payment is due with the order, we accept Visa & MasterCard.

Proof Approval
After we send you the proof, you may want to resize fonts, change images or add more text etc…we can do edits at this stage to get the layout perfect. Edits can be made up to the point of sign off, which is when your order goes into production. Any changes, mistakes or expenses arising after sign off are the responsibility of the client, so please triple check text, punctuation, logos & colors before sign off.

Production Time
Orders are ready to ship 3-7 business days from proof approval. Rush Orders are available on most products depending upon deadline and are subject to a Rush Fee and additional shipping costs.

Rush Orders
We can sometimes speed up the process to meet that special deadline without additional “rush charges” for jumping the production line-up. The only extra expense is the cost of the air freight.

Physical pre-production samples - if required
Large orders and some specific products may require Pre-production samples to avoid any production issues. For a small fee we prepare and send a sample of the logo’d product to you for approval, prior to running the entire order.
